The adhan doesn't sound on time

Allow notifications and, on Android 14 or newer, “Alarms and reminders” for Better Deen. Some phones also stop apps in the background: exclude Better Deen from battery optimisation.

My prayer times differ from my mosque

In Settings → Prayer times, choose your mosque's method and Asr madhab, and adjust any prayer by a few minutes if needed.

I subscribed on another phone

On the paywall, tap “Restore purchases” with the same Google or Apple account. If you have a Better Deen account, sign in too.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Google Play (Account → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). The app has a shortcut in Settings → Subscription.

There are 10 questions a day, renewed at midnight UTC. Off-topic questions that it declines don't count.
