Delete your account

You can delete your Better Deen account from the app at any time:

1. Open Better Deen and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes, right away: your account and email, the cloud copy of your data, your active device record, your Arena profile, matches, ratings, friends and badges, and your Ask Deen usage, ratings and reports.

The data on your phone isn't deleted, so the app keeps working without an account; uninstall it or clear its data to remove that too. Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store account.

If you can't open the app, write to saydencinasfedi@gmail.com from your account's email with the subject “Delete my account”, and we'll delete it within 30 days.
